SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped within the time framed listed for a specific item. All days counted are business days . Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once orders have shipped. Please check spam. If an item is not in stock, you will be refunded the cost of the out of stock item(s). (Please note that shipping times may be delayed during sorority conference season, February, March, April, July)

We normally ship via USPS First Class Mail / Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note courier times are not guaranteed.

Our warehouse is in East Hazel Crest, Illinois.

Business day includes Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day. Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day,
